These terms govern your use of Watchcast, operated by Rubén Palios Casefiles Ltd.

1.The service
Watchcast ("we", "us") is an independent subscription video service operated by Rubén Palios Casefiles Ltd that surfaces one ranked documentary case file each day and provides archive access to members. Access is provided through a modern web browser. We do not currently provide native mobile, smart-TV, or offline-download applications.
2.Eligibility & accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a contract. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. A membership is intended for personal use by one household; widespread credential sharing may result in access limits.
3.Free trial
New memberships include a 7-day free trial with full access. The exact renewal amount and date are disclosed before you begin. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
4.Subscription & automatic renewal
After the trial, your membership renews automatically for successive monthly or annual periods (as selected) at the then-current stated price, until cancelled. By starting a paid plan you authorise these recurring charges. Renewal terms are shown at signup and on your billing page.
5.Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account in two clicks. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. See the Refund policy for refund eligibility.
6.Payments & taxes
Payments are processed over an encrypted connection. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout. Until our subscription setup is fully connected, checkout displays a neutral status message and no card details are collected.
7.Content & acceptable use
All cases are documentary works licensed or cleared for presentation on Watchcast. You may stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or publicly perform the content. Our editorial treatment of cases is described in the Content policy.
8.Intellectual property
The Watchcast name, design, and compilation of the catalog are the property of Rubén Palios Casefiles Ltd or its licensors. Filmmakers retain rights to their works as set out in their agreements with us.
9.Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Rubén Palios Casefiles Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10.Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Cyprus, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Legal contact: [email protected].
