Every membership begins with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all — there is nothing to refund because no payment is taken.
7-day money-back guarantee
If your trial converts to a paid plan and you change your mind, you may request a full refund of your first paid charge within 7 days of that charge. Email [email protected] from your account email and we will process it to your original payment method.
After the first 7 days
Beyond the money-back window, charges for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — access continues until the end of the current period. We review exceptional cases (for example, a clear billing error) individually.
How refunds are issued

- Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically a few business days.
- We will confirm by email once a refund is initiated.
