Free trial
Every membership starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to the daily case and the archive. We show the exact renewal amount and date before you start.
Renewal
After the trial, your plan renews automatically at the stated price — monthly or annual, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel. The renewal terms are shown at signup and on your billing page.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Cancellation takes two clicks from your account — there is no buried cancellation flow and no retention maze.
Refunds
If you are charged for your first paid period and change your mind, we offer a 7-day money-back path on that first charge. Email [email protected] and we will process it. See the Refund policy for full detail.
