What your notice must include

3. Identification of the material on Watchcast you believe is infringing, with enough detail (e.g. the case title and URL) for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] containing the corresponding information required by law, including your consent to jurisdiction and a statement under penalty of perjury.

Repeat infringers

We may remove content and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts or filmmaker relationships associated with repeated infringement.
